We've had a nightmare time with them. We owned a farm shop and our shop manager signed a contract with them for 5 years which we did not approve.

The manager left under bad circumstances and we decided to shut the business. 3 months prior to closing I notified them and told them we did not want to continue their (non-existent service - we got "standard forms" which were totally useless and the one time I did ring them for advice, they were equally inept and totally unhelpful). I was told that we had to continue for 5 years (paying an awful lot of money per month) - it has been a CONSTANT battle ever since...today I got a letter saying they were going to cancel our service if we didn't continue to pay - which is Exactly what I've been begging them for...



My advice to anyone considering them - STAY AWAY - they seem to have no integrity or ability to deliver on their promises.
