“IF the website works.. i have no problems with it at...”

IF the website works.. i have no problems with it at all. But it rarely works during the office hours.. i cant get passed the memorable information page.. when i enter the credentials .. i get a blank (Google chrome) or page not found message(IE 7). sometimes i am able to login and i get a blank screen or page not found message while submitting a transaction. Its so exasperating.

IT works fantastic in the evening when presumably there is lesser load on the internet banking server.

I am thinking of switching to HSBC .. atleast my colleagues and friends never seem to have that issue.
