I wish I had seen this site before I bought anything from them. They are rated a 'top seller' on ebay - how did that happen?
1. They send me a gazebo with a broken leg.
2. They tell me I must photograph the damage and email the photo to them before I can arrange to return it.
3. After insisting they just exchange (because I dont have a digital camera or a phone that uploads photos) they finally agree and arrange a collection date.
4. They don't turn up
5. They arrange another collection date. I enquire if they will also send a replacement at the same time - 'No'
6. They don't turn up
7. Have to believe they are penalising me for not sending the photo - their customer service stinks!
