I wish I'd read these reviews before booking with Mondial. We took out Adventure Holiday insurance for Husky Sledding trip over Christmas but Heathrow decided to shut the airport only a few hours before we were due to fly out to Sweden (nice). Mondial were very encouraging while the flight cancellation process was going on and didn't envisage a problem with our claim. But once I submitted extensive and REALLY thorough paperwork they kept repeatedly asking for information they'd already had and asking for new info after weeks of silence from them. We are now into our 4th month of this ongoing fiasco and the threat of the Financial Ombudsman doesn't seem to have had any effect... DEFINATELY WOULDN'T RECOMMEND MONDIAL.
