Unkind personal, advertising services they don't have competencies/ knowledge to perform, such as the permanent unlock on the iPhone4 for the Three (United Kingdom) service provider.

your unlock was not available and a refund was given. So why leave a review like this? We NEVER guarentee to unlock every phone. its just a shame the 110,000+ successfull unlocks performed in the last 12 months have not left a review.

Let me clarify this for you:
 
 1) I did not purchase anything from you.
 2) I did not get any refund.
 3) I asked for information about a service that you advertised.
 4) Your response was rude and unprofessional.
 5) You only took the advertisement offline after my complaint here.
 
 That's why I gave a one star review. I hope you took something out of it and treat your customers as such.
