as we were going to oth hotel and resort we had been to before we were very ocnifdent and did not need extra information. confused by differing emails for flights, booklet, e ticket and email telling us to get to airport early and pick up. cusotmer service was polite but they did not know either.....
I am not sure if we have had any issues who we would have been able to cntact and if indeed they would know or understand what we had or hadnt been sent or given??
