I ordered a Barcelona FC shirt for my husband from Kitbag. I got a confirmation email saying that the item was in stock and that delivery should be up to 10 working days from shipping. I got a shipping confirmation email five days later and that I should not contact them before 17 working days. 33 days later I got in touch with them and they said that the period of 30 days has passed and there ws nothing they could do. None of the emails said anything about shipping. Apparently they mention this when placing the order, but not in the emails. Needless to say, I have far more important things than Barcelona shirts to deal with and, of course, I had no recollection of such a term a month later, since it was not stated in their correspondence. The result was I lost my money.
They make very clear not to bother them unless 17 days pass, but god forbids that they mention you lose your money if you don't contact them within the window of 5 days (this is what is left if you take weekends out) they give you.
I was not even offered an apology for the sneaky dealing.
