Have used Booking.com approximately every month for all my hotel bookings for the last 5 years. Have only ever had one blip with the booking about 3 years ago but customer service dealt with it efficiently & effectively so did not encounter any major problems. The system is easy to use & there are no initial payments which is good. Cancellations & Amendments are so easy to do. The best website ever....it's Brilliant....
