NO ROOM AT THE INN
Having booked a late deal on Thursday night we were all set to get off very early in the morning on Friday. I decided before we left to check my emails only to find the hotel had emailed me to inform the room I had booked was not available and the hotel was full. Thanks to laterooms and hotel I could have ended up travelling to the lake district with no hotel to say in. Both parties blamed each other and the service from late rooms was very poor and no gesture of goodwill offered. Thanks to late rooms we lost 2 hours trying to sort out a new hotel. We will never use them again.

i see what you are trying to say but i as a late rooms user knows that it does not have all the information it needs to inform the hotel or person who is booking the room weather it is avalable, so to be honist dont blame to hotel because the get insuffictiant data from late rooms to say that you have booked a room, so the plas derwen were only doing thier job on informing you that there was no room avalabilities, so realy you should be thanking the plas derwen for informing you on this
