I apologise that you have been left with a negative view of our site, after experiencing problems with your account.
We do reserve the right to close member's accounts, as stated in our T&Cs, however there will always be a legitimate reason for this.
Most likely, your account will have gone 'dormant', meaning that you had not logged into it once during a 6 month time period.
Whilst we are unable to reactivate dormant accounts, if you set up a new account, we can transfer any outstanding funds over for you.
