Create And Craft TV Review

“I ordered a CD-ROM on 16th March from...”

I ordered a CD-ROM on 16th March from "createandcraft.tv", for my cousin's birthday which was on 21st March. It's now 25th March and still no sign of the item.



After sending two emails asking why there is such a delay, I've now been told that it was despatched on 22nd March and will arrive no later than 26th March (10 whole days after I placed the order!!). However, as the delivery address is my work's address, it will now be Monday at the earliest (if I'm lucky).



I cannot believe it takes this long to take a small item off a shelf, stick it in an envelope and post it.



This is such terrible service and I will never use Create & Craft again!
