My car broke down last month due to a slipped clutch cable. it took him 2 hours to get to me on a motorway with the hard should clear,

he towed me to a garage after only looking at my car for 5 minutes.

the garage (which i had to pay for) then said he could have done that by the road as it only took them 10 minutes to adjust the cable manually.



today they took money from my account without warning. I definitely don't want renewal with them. i rang up to cancel within 7 days and they ware going to charge me £25 quid. Im furious to say the least.
