I have seen more than 15 musicals and this was the first one I have ever walked out of. I left at the interval and I don't think I was the only one. The girl who played Scaramouche (I think she's called Danielle Hope) had very questionable vocals. The "humour" in the show is at best infantile and is based on the crude and spewing out various song lyrics which is not very inventive. A muscle bound bloke called Leon Lewis spent most of his time on stage doing a gun show. If I wanted to watch that I'd go to a Mr Olympia. I wouldn't called the show awful but it was pretty darn close and emphatically the worst show I have ever seen.
