I'm writing this review whilst still waiting in the pick up area of the shop. I only needed one small item. It's an add on to the desk I bought a while back. They had forgotten to add it to my order back then so here I am again! I hate this place. I waited in the queue to pay for this one item for 30 mins. I then had to drive round to the warehouse to pick it up. I've been waiting 30 mins already. It's only one small thing. I really don't understand why it has to be this complicated. They messed my order up in the first place. Now I'm sitting here wasting my life. Don't shop here if you can avoid it.
