I have travelled this same route with BA around 6 times with BA in the past 3 years and they offer extremely poor value for money. The food hasn't changed at all - and it's awful. On a 3 hour flight you get merely a measly sandwich or salad. There is no entertainment - not even radio. On one flight, i was told that i couldn't have another drink as they hadn't loaded up enough for the return journey. The flights are always very expensive and the staff are rude. My first trip, BA check in was making racist rants about Albanians to me a PASSENGER going to ALBANIA - i couldn't belive it! i have tried other airlines and the service has been so much better. Unfortuneately as flights to Tirana are hard to come by i sometimes have no option but to fly BA. Infuriating!
