We recently returned from a trip to Florence, Siena, Assisi and Rome. Everything about our trip was great. We had NO problems regarding flights, hotels, or trains (which is the way we traveled throughout Italy). The hotels were exactly as described and the pricing for everything was very responsible. The only concern I had was with the independent tours which I ended up booking thru another on-line company at almost 1/2 the cost. But, as far as flights, hotels, and transportation, Europeandestinations was great. Just make sure you are definite on your choice of hotel(s) 'cause if you make a change there's a "change fee"
