Bought a bag from the accessorize website and am still waiting for delivery after 2 weeks. Tried to call their customer services and just get put through to an answering machine or left on hold for 20 mins plus on an expensive phone number. Haven't answered my email complaint either.Will never order online through their website again. Terrible service.

I have also the same experience as u. i havent got their answer yet. They has already debited money in my account, but i still havent got my wallet. I will never order online from them anymore. very very bad!!
