I've just received a cheque from them (after a threat to report them to Trading Standards) and what a surprise, its less than was originally offered.
I send a Blackberry 9700 which they offeres £153 for, yet I got £120. To ensure it was not damaged in the post, it was placed in the leather holster first, then bubble wrapped very securely. I probably could have stamped on it and it wouldnt have been damaged. There were no chips or scratches.
Surprise Suurprise, they say it is grade B - but do not supply a telephone number to call to find out exactly why. I guess i am one of the lucky ones that did receive something, unlike some that got nothing.
DO NOT USE THESE - i have used phonerecyclebank and topdollarmobile in the past with no hassle. Avoid Selloldphone. I am sure I only got paid because I would not stop hassling them.
