As I haven't purchased one of the deep steak pies in a long while, I thought I'd give them a go as they were on offer. I wish I hadn't!!!!!! They are so tasteless and the steak is like rubber. The pastry was uncooked on the base and really soggy. The gravy was bland (could go an OXO) making the whole pie a total disaster. (shame the picture on the box makes it look good).....I've worked in Qaulity control/auditing for many years and I'd like to know what the auditors and the food technologists do???? Obviously not tried a pie for a while. :-B
