Good Points
Cheap.

Bad Points
Phone contact, product returuns, timescale for replacements, personnel rude and unhelpful.

General Comments
I ordered a full system in component form. On boot up no signal from motherboard. After 3 attempts on the phone and a huge bill i got through to a female who was, to say the least, unhelpful. She then put me through to the technical support dept(?) where i spoke to a person who said that 'this is what you get shopping mail order, cheap prices but not the best service'. I have returned the motherboard, chip and memory stick 2 weeks ago and so far no news or contact from ebuyer.



I WILL NEVER EVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN AND WOULD ADVISE ANYONE CONSIDERING IT TO GO ELSEWHERE.
