I purchased 4 fish from the Romford store after being patronised and felt like I was at school, which made me not want to go back to start with. After a short time, I had to go back as my fish had developed white spot and I was looking for medication. I stood in the fish department for some time with no help and eventually found the medication shelf for white spot empty (what a surprise!). I had to ask the girl at the till if they had any out back and she just said if it's not out then there is none in stock. I will not go there again and instead support the local aquatic shops.
