Put a deposit on a used 'high end' car. Few things needed to be done - including a newly painted bonnet & a few little touch ups. Two weeks later went to collect none of these things had been done. The sales manager firstly insisted they had been but it was evident they had not - scratches over a newly painted bonnet, paint missing from the bumper. The car had been mopped you could see the swirls all over it, regardless the sales manager insisted it had not, eventually resorting to "well its a used car", he did not respond when I said - fine tell that to your customers before they buy! I had to really loose my temper before they finally gave my deposit back - the sales manager just walked away and shouted back to give me a refund! Buyer beware they probably make lots of people happy with low prices - but they simply lied about what they would do and then denied it. Never ever again!
