I popped in to Evans Cycles Spitalfields yesterday to buy a bike. I was deciding between a 2010 Pinnacle (on special) and a 2011 Specialized. They're pretty comparable bikes but the sales assistant was great at explaining the differences in spec. I finally decided on the much cheaper Pinnacle. The sales assistant then helped me select everything else I wanted - lock, mudguards, pannier rack etc.



The bike was checked over and the accessories fitted while I waited, and I cycled home 20 mins later on my brand new bike.



Great customer service all round and I really feel I got the right bike for me.
