I STARTED THE SLIM FAST DIET 2 WEEKS AGO AND I HAVE LOST 10LBS WHICH I AM THRILLED ABOUT. I HAVE A SHAKE FOR BREAKFAST, A MEAL BAR FOR LUNCH AND A LOW CALORIE DINNER. MY SNACKS ARE FRUIT AND SLIMFAST PRETZELS. I HAVE FOUND IT SO EASY AND IT FITS IN WITH MY LIFESTYLE SO EASILY AS I HAVE A LOT OF WEIGHT TO LOSE.MY ONLY REGRET IS I WISH ID DONE IT SOONER.
