I engaged Bairstow Eves to sell my property - they did. I have no complaints. They gave me an appraisal of how properties were selling in the area. They were always available when I wished to speak with them or got back to me asap.



I let them get on with their job which enabled me to get on with mine.



When a buyer pulled out they very quickly found me another. Of course I would have liked to sell my property at 2007 prices but since I was selling in 2010/2011 I had to sell at a price that a buyer would buy in 2010/2011.



I am not an Estate Agent, I do not know any Estate Agents and have no interest in Bairstow Eve.
