UNITED STATES OF AMERICA CUSTOMERS - BE WARNED!
M&S DO NOT DISCLOSE THAT US CUSTOMS WOULD DELAY ORDER BY 3 WEEKS. (I will be in the UK before order arrives, if at all). USPS UNABLE TO OFFER STATUS WITH TRACKING NUMBERS PROVIDED BY M&S CUSTOMER SERVICE.
Contacted Norwich store mid-Jan/2011 to order replacement lingerie. Norwich said contact c/s. m&s direct said lingerie due mid-Feb. After several international calls, Norwich were failing on their good c/s, until I sent in report to m&s online. But because Norwich response was slow, I called c/s and ordered the 4 bras. 1st order incorrect address. 2nd order sent free of charge, promised 3 days ago. C/s e-mail told me to go to local US customs office. After going to the local UPS station to no avail (in case the paks had been rerouted to a courier), I drove 35 miles to a closed United States of America 'local' California customs office. I then called US customs LAX who referred me to USPS Customs, Torrance; USPS Torrance could not locate packages - USPS Torrance told me to call USPS Customs New York (the last known whereabouts of the paks). FINALLY, c/s e-mail told me they were unable to get through to my two USA phone numbers I provided. Why Not? I call my two phone numbers all the time from the UK! (001+ areacode + phone number).
