I've been with Natwest over 7 years now. The online service is good - easy to get around and quite secure. I like the card reader security feature. Sadly I don't rate their customer services highly. In fact I find it appauling. I did a contract in South Africa during the world cup and due to some issues of not being able to transfer funds from South Africa to my Natwest acc I fell into arrears. I explained my situation to a Natwest customer services manager. When I did transfer my funds I later discovered that my debit cards were cancelled and my credit card was blocked. I had no way of getting monies out of my account since I was abroad. There was no notice of them doing this nor an apology. I will be transfering my bank acc to another one in the coming weeks.
