<br/>Firstly, we are disappointed to hear that you feel let down by our service. Let me assure you that we endeavour to make sure that our customer service and product availability is first class and will actively encourage customer feedback in order to continually review and improve this.

<br/>Unfortunately, on occasions such as this when the item is not in stock in our warehouse, we order direct from the manufacturer and will advise the customer of this.
<br/>
<br/>In this instance, it took the supplier 10 days to notify us that the product was discontinued and therefore unavailable. A replacement would only have become available several weeks after your order, which we communicated to you and you chose the cancel the order. When you requested a full refund, we did so immediately.
<br/>
<br/>Once again, we are extremely sorry that you feel dissatisfied and can only hope you would consider us in the future for any kitchen appliances.
