I had never heard of this company before, but their price was very appealling. The item description was missing a couple of key selling points and there wasn't a picture either to refer to. So I rung them up to clarify, and to discover the item I wanted wasn't actually in stock. They offered to order it in for me direct from the supplier, then to ship it out me (estimated at 2 weeks). I decided to go with this as the price was unbeatable and was extremely happy to receiv the buggy just 7 days later. Very impressed and would recommend.
