I have a current account and business account with Lloyds TSB and have banked with them for 24 years. The standard of the business banking service is appauling since they took the business managers out of branch. My problems started when I moved house. Took 5 months and lots of letters and phone calls for them to get my name and adress right. I received compensation. 2 months later my name and address is wrong again. I don't want compensation, I want service! I've had an awful time trying to organise a small business loan. My business manager makes appointments to ring me and do this via telephone and it never happens. I've spoken to 4 business managers this week and I'm still no further forward. I'm moving to Barclays because the business managers there have the ability to put a name to a face!
