We visited the Lincoln store Len453 for tiles for our bathroom. Drew was really helpful, he worked out the total amount of tiles we would need, helped us load the trolley and after ordering further tiles from another store due to him not being able to find additional tiles in stock, he must have continued to look through your stock and actually ran out of the store to find us in the car park to tell us he had found another box full. We consider he went above and beyond offering a super service. An asset to your store.

It was helpful to know that batch numbers needed to be the same!
