The booking process was simple, on previous bookings the airline tickets were sent by post, this time I had to print them out my self, no problem for me, but if I were getting someone to book for me I might not have known that.

There were update e-mails so I wasn't left in the dark at all.

The Oasis apts. where we stayed is only about 10 mins from the airport,but the transfer shuttle took an hour to get there, as it went around the houses, and indeed dropped a couple off near the Oasis, but then went round another 20 mins before we were dropped off, if we'd known that we could have got off then.

The original time for pick up back to the airport was 1.5 hrs later to the actual time so it pays to confirm the time.
