Failed to provide unlock codes for two phones. You have to pay up front. But when they emailed that they could not get unlock codes they promised a refund would be made automatically but might take a few days.
Refund never arrived. Chase emails are not replied to. Due to christmas stuff I was slow escalating with Paypal and missed their 45 day deadline for a dispute. Now out of pocket but wiser.
In the end bought unlock via ebay - both unlocks worked and service was good.
