I haven't been able to test out my new screen yet as it is intended for a garage to cinema conversion which has just started today. So I may have to wait to find out what customer service is like if I do need to complain when it will be probably three weeks after delivery!Hopefully, the screen will be fine.I have unpacked it and it looks in perfect condition - packaging was good. The price was the cheapest I could find on the web. Delivery was quick (2 working days)but not within the Next-day time frame shown on the web site. However, after an email I was told this was a problem they were trying to address and the website would be amended. Only gripes are the web site was a little difficvult to navigate once my credit card needed to go through additional security requirements - it wouldn't load the next page to continue but I got there in the end. Also, a little annoying that there is a surcharge to pay by credit card but on the whole a good experience - so far!
