We use their service. The quality is spotty at best. When things break support doesn't have a clue as to what has happened. They want to help but can't say what is wrong. When our lines go down we cant get any help because coms's own lines are down as well. Account reps change all the time and the next person doesn't care about your problems. Overall the stuff tries their best, but it doesn't help us in any way.
