I have to say I have not needed to use the breakdown cover therefore cannot make a comment about that. What I can say is that trying to get to speak to anyone about my policy is a joke. When I complained ( by e.mail ) because I couldn't get anyone to answer the phone I received a curt reply saying the phone is answered within 3 rings, yes it is but then you are put on hold for a further 10 minutes and still they do not answer. What a shambles, I will cancel my policy and go elsewhere.
