After having purchased 9 other roller blinds I decided to purchase the same for another room. Blind arrived with vertical seams where the fabric had been joined despite all the other blinds of the same width that I had purchased having no seams. It looks as if it has been cobbled together with left over scraps. The fabric is considerably thinner too so they are obviously cutting back on quality. To add insult to injury the new spring loaded fixing didn't work allowing the blind to fall and damage the windowsill. Their attitude is 'like it or lump it'. I have contacted 5 other blind manufacturers and none of them would consider joining the fabric on a blind. Unprofessional, couldn't care less attitude. After 20 years as a customer, never, never, never again, Laura Ashley.
