I have used booking.com for ALL my hotel requirements be it Europe or Asia and I have always been satisfied with the service, rates and choice of hotels.Your hotel description as well as customer reviews are very truthful, accurate and specific. I like the free cancellation feature because it gives me flexibility. Site is also very secure. I am an extremely satisfied user. I always recommend it to my friends. I only wish that the room size (area) be specified to give me better idea because some countries have very small room standard sizes and it is difficult to rely on just pictures. On a few occasions I emailed some queries/clarifications and I am happy to say the reply came quickly. What superb service!
