this is a follow up to my review dated 2nd March (two words....)



since sending proof of payment from my PPI provider to Belmont Thornton along with a letter of complaint threatening the Minister Of Justice i received my cheque 9 days later. I suggest anybody who is waiting and has waited what could be considered an unreasonable amount of time take the same action, it seems they only spring into life when a letter of complaint is made and the MOJ mentioned. I stand by what i previously said - ABSOLUTE SHAMBLES!
