Selling iphone3 8Gb, I filled in all the web site boxes. All they asked was to identify "working" or "not working". They offered £129. After a month of hassle and chasing they eventually sent a cheque for £109 which was well down the list of quotes from alternatives. Their excuse was the "engineer" had decided it was a "category B" phone, scratched on the back and there was no charger. They never asked for a charger, never mentioned any category apart from the two above and made no reference to requiring an appraisal of the condition. As they hope, I can't be bothered to follow it up but I remain disappointed to feel cheated.
