The Rating for this company should be a minus figure, they were previously Labyrinth who were worse than bad. I live on a development of privately owned houses who are all unbelieveably cross with this company. To say they are useless is a compliment. The resident's have been communicating with these idiots for over four years and we are still no further down the line. Had to get the press involved at one point. Could go on for hours about the problems we have had and are still having, but sufficit to say whatever you do if they are your managing agents GET RID OF THEM ASAP.
