Forbidden Planet UK is awful, a real sham.

I ordered a rabbids plush from them and 6 weeks later it still has not arrived.

Have contacted them but they say there is no delivery tracking for Royal Airmail and asked me to fill in and send them a "delivery enquiry form".

I filled it in and sent it back and now the person I was dealing with is on "annual leave".

I dont know if I will ever be reimbursed or recieve the order. They took the payment weeks ago and I dont know if they even really sent it!

In this day and age of reliable internet shopping thats rancid!
