Aer Lingus is possibly the worst airline I have had to deal with. I called the company probably four times before I booked my tickets to be 100% sure I could bring my pet on the flight. I called two weeks after booking my flight to get be sure of all documents, they then informed me that I wasn't allowed to bring my pet. After calling another 10 times they would redirect me to United Airways, because they thought United was the carrier. United DOESN'T service out of Madrid. None of the employees knew what they were doing, and now I have spent $1300 in tickets I can't use.
I will NEVER use Aer Lingus again.
