Do not order flowers 1stinflowers.com ever, worst experience ever...



Ordered flowers from 1st in flowers on March 8th well before their deadline to have the flowers delivered the next day for my mothers birthday and for international womans day. I have to admit, i checked around and this place was not the cheapest, but i did place my order anyways because they garanteed delivery next day. The next day came by and gone, the flowers never showed up. I called to ask what is going on, they took my information and said someone will call back, no one did. The day after (2 days after i had placed the order), i called again and sent emails, finaly i got a respond back saying that they will refund my shipping charges only but they will still have to charge me for the flowers. I explained that the flowers are now way too late and that i had no use for them as my mothers birthday was already yesterday, and i asked them to refund my money to wich they replied (after half a day) that they will but it will take days. Thanks to 1st in flowers, my plans to suprise my mother for her birthday were ruined. I would never, ever again order flowers from these people and i would not recommend 1st in flowers to anyone.
