Master of Malt is the definitive source for news and reviews you can trust on single malts and other alcoholic beverages. Their regular newsletter is informative and usually filled with tempting products, and their staff is both knowledgeable and genuinely helpful whenever I've had a question. While I don't always order product from them because shipping costs are very high between the UK and the US, I often go to M of M for gift ideas when I want to know what's 'the best' -- and when they are the only source of a given product, I gladly pay the shipping rather than miss out.
