This is a tricky review to write. Some of the pieces of jewellery are beautiful but some of it can be flimsy, however whenever I have returned anything I have always had a full refund. The refunds can take 30 days to process, which is really annoying, but this seems to be improving as they channels settle down after the change of ownership. I like the majority of the presenters and love the way the internet shopping works, especially that you have one shopping basket across the channels meaning just one p&p per day. I don't always feel that the gems are top quality but its easy to return things so you can pick and choose what you like. I like the loose gemstones and will be pleased when the bespoke jewellery service starts.
