“Please please keep away from there online store, even...”

Please please keep away from there online store, even if the price is one of the cheapest. We tried to order three books on the 16th December 2010, hoping that it would be delivered in time of Xmas. It it now 9th March 2011 and WHSmith have cancel our order because 'The product detailed above has been canceled due to it no longer being in stock' and yet it the same product still on offer from there website and still have the availability: 3 - 5 working days! for the exact some book! This have been my worst online shopping experience ever. Are my a one off
