Absolute rubbish .... I've met dead end after dead end with them .... time and again I have had to chase them up for outstanding paperwork (references, CRBs etc.) after hearing nothing for days on end, and only now (four weeks after registration) am I starting work. The single star is merited by the fact that they have FINALLY managed to sort the paperwork out. Otherwise none of them seemed to have a clue! A previous review suggested that the entire sector needs streamlining and regulating ... I couldn't agree more based on my experiences! Avoid agencies at all costs - unless they have some reliable accreditation, cut out the middle man!
