I ordered a dress on 23rd January from Bon Prix which it said was in stock and estimated delivery time was a week. It is now 8th March. I have contacted them on several occasions. In February they told me they were waiting for stock. Today I contacted them again - this time they said that my order had been cancelled because of no stock and I would have to reorder in future when there was stock. Had I not contacted them I wonder when they might have had the decency to tell me my order was now cancelled.
TO make matters worse, it is still possible to order this item on their website! It does not show as out of stock.
I will not buy from them again and would not recommend to an enemy let alone a friend!
