I Have recently signed up to o2 and I can safely say I have had a shocking experience, I have engineers come out to my house I have had to take time of work and my phone line and broadband is terrible. Everytime I spoke to coustomer services they would ask me to do the same checks and suggest engineers who would come out and state their was nothing wrong with the service but their was and still is. They actually were complaining about the fact that it cost them £250 to have an engineer come out.....not my problem. There appears to be no communication between the engineers and coustomer services and no communication between coustomer services and coustomer services, my advice avoid it is an unreliable service.
